The Branch-St. Joseph Area Agency on Aging (IIIC) provides state and federal funding for a broad range of in-home & community-based services through an open and competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process every three years. All potential service providers are given the opportunity to submit a proposal to provide one or more defined fundable services and must be able to comply with the Bureau of Aging, Community Living, & Supports (ACLS Bureau) Operating Standards for Service Programs.
