BHSJ CHA to Return to Hill Street Location

The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency will reopen its location at 1110 Hill Street in Three Rivers at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

The agency’s office was temporarily relocated after the Hill Street location was significantly damaged by the tornado which impacted the area on March 6, 2026.

“We appreciate the community’s patience and support over the past several months. We are pleased clinical and environmental health services will once again be available at the Hill Street location.” says Rebecca Burns, Health Officer. “There are still a few office spaces to finish, but this will not impact services.”

To prepare for the move, the office at 255 N US 131 will be closed on Thursday, September 3, 2026 starting at 2:00 p.m., and will remain closed on Friday, September 4, 2026. 

Our Sturgis location will be open both days from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for clinical appointments and services. Environmental Health services will be available during the office closure by contacting our Coldwater office at 517-279-9561, option 2.
