It is separated into 4 life domains; Age 0-5, School Age Children, Adults, and Seniors. The assessment data for each of these domains can be found in the following Power point presentations. This data is updated annually to track progress made within the community. You can view these presentation on the web even if you don't have Microsoft Power Point.
