Parenting Programs
The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph
Community Health Agency is an active partner with
community parenting and outreach programs in each
county. These programs include:
Branch County:

Success by Six in Branch
County.

The Family Success
Program of Branch County.
Michigan's Zero to Three Secondary
Prevention Initiative is a statewide,
evidence-based, community collaborative
child abuse & neglect prevention initiative
charged with integrating a comprehensive
system of services for Michigan's expectant
families and those with children age birth
through age three who have been identified
to be at risk. The initiative is
administered by the Children's Trust Fund.
The project serving Branch County is titled
the Family Success Program and is run as a
collaborative project with the Branch County
Intermediate School District and other
community partners to serve families with
children newborn to three years old with
identified risk factors. Families are
screened, assessed, and provided home visits
to reduce abuse and neglect in the community
using a Parents As Teachers curriculum.
