The outreach program helps to
link individuals with appropriate services and
increase general community awareness of the
services offered by the Agency and other service
organizations.
Outreach services include:

Assistance with completing
Medicaid/MIChild applications.

Community health fairs and events.
·
Video lending.
·
Agency service presentation.
