Community Outreach Services

The outreach program helps to link individuals with appropriate services and increase general community awareness of the services offered by the Agency and other service organizations.

Outreach services include:

• Distribution of baby bags to the families of newborns in Hillsdale County.  The bags contain informational materials and free gifts.

• Assistance with completing Medicaid/MIChild applications.

• Provision of car-seats to income eligible families.

• Follow up with families in need of Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) services.
