Services:
LSSCM provides free legal
education, advice, and referrals to seniors and
low-income individuals in Branch and St. Joseph
Counties. Civil (non-criminal) legal issues
include family issues such as domestic violence,
housing or consumer matters, SSI and other benefit
program matters and elder law issues.
Eligibility:
Must
be age 60 or older or low income and reside in
Branch or St. Joseph County.
